Because we want to help those in need, we can be somewhat flexible on our fees if there are financial hardships for individual, couple, or family sessions. Please call or email to talk with us about other options. * We do accept a limited number of insurances but prefer cash, debit or Venmo payments. Payment for sessions is required at the time of the session. An individual or couples session is one hour. If a longer session is requested there will be an additional charge according to length of session. Group sessions are 1.5 hours and usually a group fee is charged according to the number of participants. ** We understand how unexpected circumstances may cause the need to cancel appointments; please be respectful of our time and notify Three Willows within 24 hours of scheduled appointment to avoid a No-Show fee of $20. *** Three Willows provides a limited number of sessions free of charge to those currently serving in the U. S. military or those who have previously served. A family member may attend the session at no cost. Fees for follow-up sessions are charged according to ability to pay, or the deductible fee for member's insurance. We work with the Give An Hour program for 4 consecutive no-fee sessions for military and first responders. |
